Kaffee Partner has stood for great taste, customer service and competence for more than 40 years. Growing from the seeds of a family business, we are now represented nationwide in the DACH region.
The 3-way expertise of our Management Board has led the company's aptitude for several years and, with their passion for coffee, they have overcome every challenge actively and energetically.
MICHAEL KIEPPE (CHAIR)
Michael Kieppe (1967) is Chairman of the Management Board at Kaffee Partner and is responsible for the Sales, Marketing, Internationalisation, R&D and Corporate Communications divisions.
Before joining Kaffee Partner, he was employed in leading roles in Sales, Marketing and Business Administration divisions at Daimler-Benz, KG Allgemeine Leasing, Bertelsmann, Cap Gemini, Ernst & Young and Celerant Consulting.
In 2006 he took on the position Head of International Sales at Sixt in Pullach and expanded both the international Field Sales Forces and the international Key Account Management division.
Since April 2015, Michael Kieppe has led Sales and Marketing at the Kaffee Partner Group and he has been Chairman of the Management Board since 1 March 2016.
His career started at the world's largest accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). During his 8 years of experience as an accounts manager in large and medium-sized companies in Europe, he developed his core skills in the sectors of Auditing, Business & Advisory Services.
This was followed by more than 12 years of experience in different board positions in the food manufacturing industry and in the luxury consumer goods sector. Most recently, he was a board member at the Vorwerk Group , responsible for strategic reorientation and reorganisation of German sales organisations.
Since February 2016, Peter Liebisch has been a Managing Director on the Management Board of the Kaffee Partner Group and is responsible for the Personnel & Law, Finance & Controlling, IT and Purchasing divisions.
Stefan Schäfer (1969) started his career path by training as an Officer in the German armed forces. During this training, he also completed studies in Business Administration, with a focus on International studies at the Helmut-Schmidt University in Hamburg. After the German armed forces, he completed further international studies in the USA.
This was followed by diverse Sales and Marketing positions at several service companies in Germany such as Deutsche Telekom, ING and Vodafone.
Before he became a Managing Director on the Management Board at Kaffee Partner in April 2015, he was responsible for one of seven B2B Business Units for Vodafone in Germany. In his role at Kaffee Partner, Stefan Schäfer is responsible for the entire Client Management division, including customer support, services management and technical sales forces.
