Certified customer satisfaction

Kaffee Partner has been awarded two seals of quality by TÜV Saarland. In the "Customer Satisfaction" category, we achieved an overall score of 1.9 ("good"). Furthermore, we received a rating of 2.2 ("good") in the "Value for Money" section. These latest awards underscore the high quality and competitive pricing of our products and services. We are delighted!

ISO certification

ISO 9001 is a standard for quality management systems (QMS) that, among other things, focuses on customer satisfaction. The ISO 14001 standard stands for environmental management systems (EMS) and places its focus on environmental metrics, life cycle assessments, and evaluations of environmental performance. Both standards aim to establish a continuous improvement process to achieve defined quality and environmental objectives.

EcoZert sustainability certificate

We have once again received the EcoZert sustainability certificate for our sustainability strategy and are absolutely delighted! This independent certification proves that, as a corporate group, we align ourselves with ecological, economic, and social aspects while keeping our sustainability measures transparent. Red Dot Design Award: Product Design 2025

Since 1955, the Red Dot Award has been recognizing products that impress with an exceptionally high quality of design. The independent Red Dot jury evaluates all submissions based on the four basic principles of good design: quality of function, quality of attraction, quality of use, and quality of responsibility.

Our BARISTA Velluto has delivered a winning performance! It combines the highest design standards with innovative technology, creating an unparalleled coffee experience. Thanks to its elegant design and high-quality craftsmanship, it is a real eye-catcher in any room.

German Innovation Award

Kaffee Partner, together with the Osnabrück-based agency DIE ETAGEN, has developed an augmented reality app for tablets. The AR technology enables our system consultants to virtually place the professional coffee machines, water dispensers, and accessories in 3D at any location on a customer's premises. This gives customers a much better idea of what a coffee system could look like in their business. Kaffee Partner received the German Innovation Award in the "Information Technologies / Functional Software" category for this innovation.

We have reason to celebrate: The renowned PLUS X AWARD, the innovation prize for brand quality, has once again been awarded to one of our company's products. The AQUA Choice water dispenser from welltec, the leading provider of water systems, impressed the jury in four categories: High Quality, Design, Ease of Use, and Functionality.

welltec as the winner: men and women aged 20 to 65 from all federal states have rated the brands they are particularly satisfied with. In the water dispenser category, we deliver on our promise to provide high-quality products and good service from the perspective of the surveyed consumers. welltec has thus delivered a winning performance and earned the award for the highest customer satisfaction.

Presented by Germany's design authority, judged by a high-calibre panel of experts from business and science: the German Brand Award is the prize for successful brand management in Germany.
