ISO certificate

ISO 9001 is a standard for quality management systems (QMS) that also focuses on customer satisfaction, among other things. The ISO 14001 standard stands for environmental management systems (EMS) and focuses on environmental indicators, life cycle assessments and assessments of environmental performance. Both standards aim to establish a continuous improvement process to achieve defined quality and environmental goals.

Certified customer satisfaction

Kaffee Partner was awarded two quality seals by TÜV Saarland. In the “Customer satisfaction” category, we achieved an overall score of 1.9 (“good”). We also received a score of 2.2 (“good”) in the “value for money” category. These latest awards underline the high quality and competitive price level of the products and services we offer. We are very pleased!

German Innovation Award

Together with the Osnabrück agency DIE ETAGEN, Kaffee Partner has developed an augmented reality app for the tablet. The AR technology enables our salesmen to virtually place the fully-automatic coffee machines, water dispensers and accessories in 3D at a customer's location. Customers get a much better idea of what a coffee system could look like in your business. Kaffee Partner received the German Innovation Award in the category "Information Technologies/ Functional Software" for this innovation.

Red Dot Design Award: Product Design 2025

Since 1955, the Red Dot Award has honoured products that stand out for their particularly high design quality. The independent Red Dot jury assesses all submissions on the basis of the four basic principles of good design: quality of function, quality of seduction, quality of use and quality of responsibility.

PLUS X AWARD – Honoured again

We have reason to celebrate: the prestigious PLUS X AWARD, the innovation prize for brand quality, has once again been awarded to one of our company's products. The AQUA Choice water dispenser from welltec, the leading provider of water systems, impressed the jury in four categories: High Quality, Design, Ease of Use and Functionality.

In the water dispenser category, we kept our promise to offer high-quality products and good service from the point of view of the consumers surveyed.
