How much does it cost to hire a snack machine?
You pay a fixed monthly instalment. This already includes maintenance and servicing. The amount depends on the configuration – for example, the payment system you choose. You can get a personalised quote free of charge and with no obligation.
Who stocks the snack machine?
That’s down to your team. You decide on the product range yourself and aren’t tied to any particular products. With our stocking recommendations, you can quickly find the right products.
How many products fit into the snack vending machines?
In its standard configuration, the Snack Amico display holds 362 products across 33 selections. The exact number you can fit in depends on your product range: small items such as chocolate bars are arranged in tight spirals and fit in more often than drinks tins, which are arranged in wider spirals. We’ll configure the spirals to suit your product range.
What snacks and drinks can I offer?
Anything that is packaged for vending machines and fits into the dispensers: crisps, bars, chocolate, fruit jellies, sweet biscuits, as well as drinks in tins and bottles.
Can the snack machine be placed outside?
No. The Snack Amico is designed for indoor use, at ambient temperatures ranging from +16 °C to +38 °C.
How much space does the vending machine take up?
The Snack Amico machine measures 1,830 x 830 x 880 mm (H x W x D) and weighs 275 kg. A standard mains socket (230 V) is sufficient to power it.
How much electricity does the snack machine use, and how much does that cost?
Depending on the operating mode, the Snack Amico consumes between 629 and 798 kWh per year (energy efficiency class C). At an electricity price of 30 cents per kWh, that works out at around 190 to 240 euros a year, or roughly 16 to 20 euros a month. The exact amount you’ll pay depends on your electricity tariff.
Can I buy the snack machine as well?
Yes, just mention it to us during the consultation. Please note: maintenance and servicing are not included when you buy.

Who gets the takings from the snack machine?
All the takings are yours. You set the prices yourself and keep the proceeds from every sale. This is a key difference from having your products stocked by a vending machine operator: in that case, the operator usually sets the prices, and the takings go to them.
